Commercial strategy expert

Managing Director, 2AD Consulting Gabon

Head of the Growth & Performance Practice

Partner at 2AD Consulting, managing director of the firm for Gabon and head of the Growth & Performance practice. A business owner and executive for nearly twenty years, first in France and then in Gabon, she knows what she is talking about: she has experienced from the inside what the entrepreneurs she supports go through.

Store manager at Nature & Découvertes, across several outlets in the Paris region. Under pressure, she managed the entire business there: sales and customer relations, purchasing, stock and logistics, finance, recruitment and team management, marketing and merchandising, legal framework and after-sales service, with budgets of several billion CFA francs. Having settled in Gabon, she has developed an intimate knowledge of the local business community.

Rigorous, hands-on and with a keen sense of relationships, Aurore can read a company beyond the figures: what is holding back its growth, what drives its performance, how to structure its development. She supports companies and entrepreneurs in structuring, growing and optimising their activities.
