Practice
Strategic Finance & Bankability
Put figures on your decisions, make your projects financeable, secure your establishments
Gabon · Togo · Gulf of Guinea
The practice
Should you invest, on what terms, with what financing? Why does the bank refuse without explaining? How much does an establishment cost, and when does it become profitable? Before committing funds in Gabon, Togo or the sub-region, you need figures that can be defended. The practice turns investment intentions into reasoned decisions, brings projects up to financiers’ real criteria and puts figures on establishments.
Executives and shareholders who must decide on an investment; SMEs and project owners seeking credit, a guarantee or an investor; French companies setting up in Gabon or Togo; acquirers preparing to take a stake; banks, funds and guarantee schemes wanting a second opinion; institutions whose programmes require a solid financial component.
The practice knows financiers well: banks, guarantee companies and funds, development institutions, leasing, climate finance. The schemes exist; what is missing are applications built in the language of the credit committee. It also has a firm grasp of the differences between CEMAC (Gabon) and WAEMU (Togo): the same peg to the euro, but different prudential rules, incentives and guarantees.
Six formats, from the investment decision to the independent opinion, to choose your level of commitment. All are one-off assignments, with a written scope and fees set in advance.
